1. Pre-Order Agreement

By completing a pre-order for VelourMist™, you agree to purchase the selected product(s) at the stated price. Pre-orders are secured upon receipt of full payment via our PayPal payment portal. All sales are final once payment is confirmed.

2. Shipping & Delivery

VelourMist™ pre-orders are scheduled to ship on or around March 19th, 2025. Dates are estimated and subject to change. We will notify customers of any delays via the email address provided at checkout.

3. Refund & Cancellation

Due to the limited nature of our first production run, pre-orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed. In the unlikely event we cannot fulfil your order, a full refund will be issued within 14 business days.

4. Product Use

VelourMist™ is for external use on hair only. Keep out of eyes. Discontinue if irritation occurs. Not tested on animals. Store in a cool, dry place.

5. Limitation of Liability

VelourMist™ and TSE Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

6. Intellectual Property

VelourMist™, the Texture Circle, and all associated branding are the intellectual property of TSE Group. Unauthorised reproduction is strictly prohibited.

When you pre-order or apply to the Texture Circle, we collect your name, email, phone, Instagram handle, delivery address, and hair type. This is necessary to process your order and personalise your experience.

Your information is used to fulfil your pre-order, communicate updates, and send community updates where opted in. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

3. Data Security

Order details are sent to hello@tsegroup.world and managed securely by TSE Group. Payment is handled exclusively by PayPal's encrypted platform. We do not store card information.

4. Third-Party Services

We use PayPal for payment processing. PayPal's privacy policy governs their collection and use of payment information.

All pre-orders from the first production run ship on or around March 19th, 2025. Customers receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once dispatched.

2. Destinations

Primary markets: United States and Kenya. International shipping available to select countries. Costs communicated on order confirmation.

3. Estimated Timelines

United States: 5–10 business days.
Kenya: 3–7 business days.
International: 10–21 business days, subject to customs.

4. Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are not included in the product price.

5. Tracking

You will receive a tracking email once shipped. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
